CTS practices in the areas of specifying, bidding, project administration of various building enclosure, construction materials testing, and industrial hygiene projects including project submittal review, documenting and trouble-shooting field conditions, hygrothermal/dewpoint software modeling, and product research.
Additional responsibilities include construction monitoring and commissioning observation and reporting on commercial buildings and educational and healthcare facilities, as well as overseeing large, complex testing projects. CTS has been involved in periodic quality and contract fulfillment inspections and new construction installations.
This included providing detailed written reports encompassing deficiencies and observations, as well as coordinating corrections with on-site construction supervisors. CTS has also been the Project Manager for more than 20 building enclosure commissioning projects in the last 5 years. Our experience in the evaluation, design, and observation of building enclosure systems has become a spring-board to providing building enclosure commissioning services to national commissioning firms.
Our projects include renovations, additions, and new construction projects in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Iowa, Virginia, West Virginia, Colorado, Arizona, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana.
In addition, CTS has developed a committed local rapport with several national general contractors/construction managers that have offices in Jacksonville or are even based in Jacksonville, in some cases. Other areas of our client base include national and local developers and many architectural firms located in North Florida and Southeast Georgia.
