Critical Public Safety Facility

Provided the Building Enclosure Commissioning Agent for the new Critical Public Safety Facility for the City of Raleigh. The 105,000 sq. ft. building will be five stories and contain the emergency communications center, emergency operations center, and the primary data center for
the city. The building enclosure includes all exterior systems separating the interior environment from the exterior and will primarily consist of curtain wall and metal wall panel exterior cladding systems, membrane
roof systems, and below-grade waterproofing systems. With a budget of $70 million, the project will be designed to meet LEED Silver Certification standards. Responsible for commissioning the building’s enclosure throughout the design, construction & acceptance phases of
the project.
