O’Connell Center Entrance Addition

Provided the Building Enclosure Commissioning Agent for the entrance addition to the O’Connell Center in Gainesville, Florida. The building contains ticketing and waiting areas, offices, a gymnasium, and a natatorium. The building enclosure includes all exterior systems separating the interior environment from the exterior and will primarily consist of storefront and stucco exterior cladding systems, membrane roof systems, and below-grade waterproofing systems. The project will be designed to meet LEED Silver Certification standards. Responsible for commissioning the building’s enclosure throughout the design, construction & acceptance phases of the project.
