Reitz Student Union Addition

Provided the Building Enclosure Commissioning Agent for the Reitz Student Union Addition at the University of Florida. The building is five stories and contains restaurants and study spaces for the student body. The building enclosure includes all exterior systems separating the interior environment from the exterior and will primarily consist of curtain wall and metal wall panel exterior cladding systems, membrane roof systems, and below-grade waterproofing systems. With a budget of $47 million, the project will be designed to meet LEED Gold Certification standards. Was responsible for commissioning the building’s enclosure throughout the design, construction & acceptance phases of the project.
